CURRENT DROUGHT STATUS:

The City of Burnet Drought Contingency Status is currently:

STAGE ONE - Effective May 1, each year

BEGINNING MAY 1 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30 - THE CITY HAS IMPLEMENTED STAGE ONE OF THE DROUGHT CONTINGENCY PLAN.  This stage is VOLUNTARY and citizens are asked to adhere to a once per week outdoor watering schedule based on the last number of their address. Click on the link below for the full details of the restrictions.

Outdoor use should not occur between the hours of 11:00 am and 7:00 pm.
