David Vaughn was appointed as the City Manager on March 8, 2011. Prior to his appointment, he served as the Assistant City Manager since 2005, and has been employed by the city since the summer of 2000. Mr. Vaughn graduated from Tarleton State University with a Masters in Business Administration in 2007 and earned recognition as a Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO) from the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas in 2008. |
