COMMUNITY: Photo Submission

Have photos you would like to submit for use on the cover of the web page?

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:

• Electronic photos must be jpg format not larger than 3" x 5" (Paper photos selected for use will be scanned by City staff).
• Photos must be of areas within the City limits or ETJ of Burnet.
• Photos of persons must be engaged in an activity sponsored by the City or a non-profit group and must include written releases from the persons in the photo. (Minors must have parents or legal guardian permission).
• Photos must be original to the submitter, and include a statement of release for any and all use. (No previously published photos will be used unless permission is granted in writing from the publisher.)
• Include the name of the photographer, the date taken, the location, and a description of the event or place.
• Email to cbromley@cityofburnet.com, bring paper photos to City Hall, 1001 Buchanan Drive, Suite 4, Burnet or mail to C. Bromley, City of Burnet, P.O. Box 1369, Burnet, TX 78611.
• The City reserves the right to refuse any photograph not deemed suitable.
• Paper photos will not be returned unless a Self-Addressed-Stamped-Evelope is included or the photo is picked up from City Hall.
• NO PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS will be used unless express permission is granted, in writing, from the photographer.
