Municipal Court

The Burnet Municipal Court provides assistance to defendants charged with Class C Misdemeanors. Citizens who have received citations from the Burnet Police Department, Burnet Code Enforcement, Burnet Animal Control and/or other City enforcement entities will have their cases heard at the Burnet Municipal Court.
