ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS

Sealed competitive proposals, under Texas LGC 2269, addressed to City of Burnet, TX will be received at City Offices, 301 E Jackson St, Burnet TX until 11:00 A.M., May 7, 2026, for the Eagle’s Nest Pump Station Ground Storage Tank and Site Improvements Project. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud shortly thereafter on the same date in the place and address of bid opening. HUB/MWBE are strongly encouraged to submit. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the address above, at which time and place will be disclosed instructions to visit the site afterwards. Copies of the bidding documents and meeting instructions will be available on City’s web page and CivCast under ID: CIPWT-2022B.

No questions or requests for additional information will be accepted later than 5:00 p.m., May 4, 2026.
