Proposed Ordinance Amendments

Below are proposed ordinance amendments that are scheduled to be heard at the next regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning Meeting and the subsequent City Council Meetings.

The proposed amendment to the Heavy Commercial - District "C-3" zoning will remove the use "Manufactured Housing and Services" from the list of allowable uses and add the use "Manufactured Homes Sales and Services" with a conditional use permit.
