RFP2025-006 Grant Administration Services for HUD CPF Grant

The City of Burnet (City) is requesting proposals (in accordance with procurement regulations under 2 CFR Part 200 and HUD guidelines) from qualified grant administration or consulting firms to provide grant administration for HUD Community Project Funding as provided through Congressionally Directed Spending. The grant is for the construction of a pedestrian bridge over U.S. Highway 281 in Burnet, Texas at 4th Street, and consists of $5,035,425 in HUD CPF funds. The project will enhance pedestrian safety and connectivity between neighborhoods, parks, and schools.

DBE/WBE/MBE Participants are encouraged to submit according to CFR §200.321. Please include in the submittal cover page and elsewhere any such qualification.

Proposals must be received no later than 11:00 AM on September 18, 2025. Late proposals will not be considered. Proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled “Grant Administration Proposal – Pedestrian Bridge Project” to:
