The Parks and Recreation department prides itself on operating and maintaining public spaces to be utilized by the citizens of Burnet. Our mission is to provide areas, events, and opportunities that foster the tight-knit sense of community that has given Burnet its southern charm. By operating with long-term, sustainable goals in mind, we are preserving and appreciating the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country for generations of Burnet residents, past, present, and future alike.
