APPRAISAL SERVICES

Sealed proposals addressed to City of Burnet, TX will be received at City Hall, 301 E Jackson St., Burnet TX until 11:00 A.M., April 9th, 2026, in accordance with procurement regulations under Texas LGC 2254, Federal Procurement Provision 2 CFR Part 200, and pertinent FEMA & USDA guidelines.  Sealed Proposals must be submitted and marked “Appraisal Services Sealed Proposal” along with the Firm or Person’(s) Name. HUB/MWBE are strongly encouraged to submit. Copies of the documents, instructions, and any additional information will be available on City’s webpage under ID: RFP 2026-003.
