Apartments	$0.08 per sq. ft.
Commercial and Institutional	$0.08 per sq. ft.
Additions, remodeling, etc.	$5.00 per $1,000 of construction costs. Minimum of $25.00.
Demolition	$50.00
House Moving	$100.00 plus any additional costs incurred by the Police Dept. and/or the Utility Dept.
Storage sheds in excess of 200 sq. ft.	$15.00
Re-inspection	$35.00
Plan Review	$100.00
Plan Review - Bldg. Dept.	$100.00 each review
Plan Review - Fire Marshal	$100.00 each review
