Preliminary, Pre-Warrant, Showcause and Pre-Capias Hearings:

These hearings are held on the 1^st Thursday of every month and begin at 8:30 a.m.

Pre-Trials and Trials:

Pre-Trials and Trials are held the 3^rd Thursday of every other month.

Pre-Trials begin at 8:30 a.m.

Trials begin at 1:30 p.m.

Municipal Court Office

The Burnet Municipal Court Office, where day to day operations are held, is located at the Burnet City Hall, 1001 Buchanan Drive, Suite 4, Burnet, TX 78611.  It is located next to Wells Fargo Bank.

BURNET MUNICIPAL COURT is held in the Burnet City Council Chambers at the Burnet Municipal Airport on Hwy. 281 South. It is located on Highway 281 approximately one mile south of the intersection of Hwy. 281 and 29 in Burnet.  Turn  into the airport driveway (Kate Craddock Drive), then left for the City Council Chambers.  It is located in the Commemorative Air Force Highland Lakes Air Museum building. 

From Marble Falls - Turn left into the Airport from Hwy. 281.
From Lampasas - Pass the intersection of Hwy. 29, then turn right into the Airport from Hwy 281.
From Bertram - Take Hwy. 29 to the intersection of 281. Turn left on 281 and then right into the Airport from Hwy. 281.
From Lake Buchanan - Take Hwy. 29 to the intersection of 281. Turn right onto 281 and then right into the Airport from Hwy. 281.
